SAP Tips – Trouble Shooting Issues in HTTP Content Repository in SAP CRM
To troubleshoot issues in the HTTP content repository associated with SAP CRM
1. Check the SAP Web Application Server->SAP Web Application Server->Basis Services->ArchiveLink->Basic Customizing->Define Content Repositories in SPRO. Check if your content repository is correctly configured. The connection to content server can also be checked.
2. Go to transaction CSADMIN to check if the login certificates are maintained properly in the Tab Page ‘Certificates’. Check if the certificate is active.
3. Check transaction ‘OAM1′ to check the Archive Link: Monitor. Click the button ‘Storage Request’ to find out if there any errors which prevented the documents from getting stored in the content repository.
